MISSION: Our mission is to help young men, ages 10 to 24, develop positively despite the distance of their incarcerated parents. Through consistent programming rooted in safe spaces, community and social emotional learning, we empower young men to identify their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies. Through our Parent Connection program, we help strengthen the parent-child relationship by providing financial support for communication (telephone and email) and in-person prison visits. We are dedicated to increasing awareness that youth with incarcerated parents exist while also helping to reduce the stigma associated with parental incarceration.
PURPOSE: To empower young men to develop positively despite the distance of their incarcerated parent.
